Iyengar) et \u00e9galement des exercices profonds avec le Yin Yoga.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">L\u2019Alignement Yoga cible les muscles, le squelette et les organes internes. Combin\u00e9 avec la concentration et la respiration, c\u2019est un travail tr\u00e8s profond qui permet de se reconnecter \u00e0 son corps.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le Yin Yoga cible plut\u00f4t le tissu conjonctif et la respiration lente et profonde.
