I discovered Yoga in 2015, following a back injury and on the advice of my physiotherapist. Back then, I spent my days sitting at a stressful job, and back pain was a part of my daily life. Yoga allowed me to restore my body, calm  my mind and manage my stress.

When I moved to Switzerland I had the opportunity to teach yoga, bringing happiness and sharing what I’ve learned with my students.

The focus of my Yoga is to reconnect you with your body. Yoga helps you approach your daily life smoothly.  I want to offer my students a therapeutic approach by working on the body (muscles, skeletons and organs), a meditative approach by working on the full awareness of the present moment, but also a holistic approach by working on energies.

I have practiced different sports for several years: running, swimming, fitness, hiking, climbing, etc… In my classes, I like to incorporate all that these sports taught me, as well as different styles of Yoga in order to offer you complete and in-depth classes.

Regular yoga practice will make you feel better and healthier! So don’t hesitate any longer and become a Yogi !

The important thing for me is to listen to you, but especially to help you listen to your body.
